We introduce kids to boxing fundamentals covering stance, footwork, punches, and defense, developing skill and confidence through fun drills and exercises.

Pad Work and Bag Drills
Kids enhance their boxing skills, including hand-eye coordination, timing, and technique, through non-contact focused practice with mitts and bags.

Strength and Conditioning
Tailored to each child's need, we emphasize bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights to promote muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility - designed to be safe and effective for growing bodies.

Circuit/Interval Training
Our dynamic circuit and interval training sessions for kids elevate cardiovascular fitness, metabolism, and healthy weight management.
It's a journey of mental and physical growth, where intellectual stimulation is just as important as physical activity!
With 6 levels of training, we are able to monitor each child's individual progress.Â
